CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand things happen. We kindly ask you give us minimum 24hr notice prior to scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations or No Call-No Shows will be charged 50% of the booked service fee, charged to card on file. Except in cases of consultations, consultations with be a flat fee of $25. GUESTS- No guests allowed without prior approval from SRA. DEPOSITS- A non-refundable deposit is required for all services. Deposits will be put toward your booked service total. Deposits are forfeited in cases of No Call -No Shows or cancellations outside of cancellation window. LATE- With all due respect to the artist, Please be punctual for the time reserved exclusively for you! The service will not be extended.
